If a Business Customer connects Google Calendar, we may access:
Availability (free/busy) to find openings, andEvent details needed to create, reschedule, or cancel appointments (e.g., time window, title, description).3) How we use informationWe use information to:Answer calls and capture lead detailsNotify businesses by SMS/email (if enabled)Confirm scheduling details with callers (if enabled)Check availability and create/update/cancel calendar events (if enabled)Send reauthorization links when a calendar connection needs to be restoredDetect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the Service secureImprove reliability and quality (including AI prompt tuning and analytics)4) SMS consent and messagingBusiness Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent to receive operational messages at the numbers they provide (e.g., owner phone, escalation phone).
Callers may receive messages related to their inquiry (e.g., confirmations or updates) if the business enables this feature.

5) How we share informationWe share information only as needed to operate the Service:With the Business Customer the caller contacted (so they can follow up and provide service)With service providers (“processors”) that help run the Service (e.g., telephony/SMS, hosting, databases, AI/transcription providers, calendar API providers)For legal/security reasons if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraudWe do not sell your personal information.6) Google user data and Limited UseIf you connect Google Calendar, our use of Google user data is limited to providing the scheduling functionality you enable. We do not use Google data for advertising or sell it. We access only what is necessary to deliver the calendar features (availability checks and event management).7) Data retentionWe retain information only as long as needed to:provide and improve the Service,comply with legal obligations,resolve disputes, enforce agreements, andmaintain security.Retention periods may vary by customer configuration. Business Customers may request deletion of their data (see Section 9).8) SecurityWe use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.9) Your choices and rightsBusiness Customers: You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your customer data by contacting [email protected]
